HB 848 54-0 (1955) Author: Cobb, Carroll Relating to amending the Penal Code to provide the death penalty for anyone assaulting with the intent to rape a female seven (7) years of age or under and amending Statues so as to provide that anyone who kidnaps any person seven (7) years of age or under for the purpose or with the intent of committing any sexual offense or bodily harm shall be subject upon conviction therefore to death penalty.
SB 110 54-0 (1955) Author: Willis, Doyle Relating to amending certain Acts so as to fix the penalty for molesting of minors at confinement in the county jail for a term not to exceed two (2) years, or by confinement in the penitentiary for any term not to exceed ten (10) years.
