Relating to providing that the State Highway Commission shall make regulations governing the weights of loads that shall be hauled over designated State highways; and providing that the commissioners courts of the respective counties of this State shall make regulations governing the weight of loads that shall be hauled over county roads that are not designated State highways; providing for the publication of such regulations, prescribing a penalty for their violation.
