Relating to creating a more effiicient road system for Parker County, Texas; fixing a penalty for a violation of this act; and to authorize the Commissioners' Court of Parker County to create the office of superintendent of public roads and highways for Parker County, and to provide for the election of said superintendent, and defining his duties, and providing for the compensation for said superintendent when elected, and prescribing the bond to be given by said officer.
