HB 540, 48th R.S.
Relating to regulating the practice of medicine in the State of Texas; providing that nothing in this Act shall be construed to discriminate against any particular school or system of medical practice nor to affect or limit in any way the application or use of the principles, tenets, or teachings of any church ministering to the sick or suffering by prayer without the use of any drug or medicine remedy under certain circumstances, etc.; containing a severability clause; repealing all laws or parts of laws in conflict with this Act.
