Relating to amending a previous Act, defining the practice of law; authorizing licensed surveyors and abstracters to draw conveyances for or without compensation; providing for those persons who shall constitute and be members of the State Bar; providing that licensed surveyors and abstracters shall not be members of the State Bar; repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
