Relating to amending a previous Act, providing for the compensation of jailers and/or turnkeys in all counties in the State having a population of one hundred and forty-five thousand (145,000) inhabitants and not more than three hundred thousand (300,000) inhabitants; repealing all laws in conflict herewith.
