Relating to prohibiting the taking, catching, or possession of fish for sale from the waters of Sabine and Neches Rivers in Wood and Smith Counties, and prohibiting the buying and selling or the offering for sale or offering to buy any fish caught from the waters of the Sabine and Neches Rivers in Wood and Smith Counties for a period of two years; providing a penalty; repealing all laws in conflict.
