SB 355, 52nd R.S.

Relating to providing that the extension of boundaries of a city so as to include a part of a school district, shall not affect the eligibility of such district for transportation aid, providing that such districts shall be eligible for transportation aid, including aid for the scholastic year ending in 1951, to the same extent that such district would have been eligible if part thereof had not been annexed by such city.
