Relating to providing for the fixing of a lien upon crops by one who has applied chemicals thereto under contract with the owner; providing for priority of such lien; defining terms; specifying procedures and method of enforcement; providing that property covered by lien shall not be sold unless lien holder consents or has been given notice; providing that lien holder may take possession and sell property covered by lien under certain circumstances; declaring this Act severable.
