Relating to amending a certain Statute relating to escheat; to protect and preserve dormant deposits and inactive accounts of owners whose whereabouts are unknown to the depository; prohibiting the conversion or reduction of such accounts while in dormant or inactive status; requiring advertising for lost owners and reporting to the State of certain accounts of owners who cannot be located; providing for conservation and disposition of funds delivered to the State, procedures for payment to owners at any time thereafter discovered.
