HB 954, 58th R.S.
Relating to amending certain Statutes, so as to include children who have been enrolled the previous year in the first and second grades in need of such services in the instructional program for non-English speaking children and to provide that such program may be set up in any school district or combination of districts having a minimum of five (5) children qualifying, and that the extent to which any school district shall participate in the Minimum Foundation Fund over and above the first unit shall be based on an average daily attendance of ten (10) qualified pupils.
