Relating to transferring the supervision of the Historical State Battlegrounds, of San Jacinto Battleground and Fannin State Battleground, now under the advice and consent of the State Board of Control, to the control and custody of the Parks and Wildlife Commission, under the authority conferred upon the Parks and Wildlife Department by existing laws; providing for transfer of appropriations.
