SB 351, 63rd R.S.
An Act providing that no person engaged in the work of, connected with, or employed by any newspaper, or other printed publication, press association, wire service, news agency, radio or television or network shall be compelled to disclose any information or any source of such information procured or obtained by such person in the course of his news-related activities; providing for severability; providing that all laws or parts of laws which are in conflict with the Act are repealed or modified to the extent of such conflict.
