Authorizing the School Land Board for a limited time to acquire certain interests in land by trading interests in Public Free School Land; requiring a report of such trades to the legislature; authorizing the board to manage lands so acquired for the public trust; repealing conflicting laws to the extent of their conflict with this Act; providing for the severability of the provisions of this Act; and declaring an emergency.
