Amending Acts 1973, 63rd Legislature, Regular Session, Page 574, Chapter 246; amending Section 1 of said Act to change the definition of "Home Solicitation Transaction"; providing that such definition shall apply to the sale of realty only when the transaction occurs at the residence of the prospective buyer.
