Respectfully memorializing the Congress of the United States to declare a moratorium on the enforcement of wasteful environmental standards until the current energy crisis has subsided; providing for copies of this resolution to be prepared and forwarded to the President of the United States, to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the United States Congress, and to all members of the Texas delegation to the congress with the request that this resolution be entered officially in the Congressional Record as a memorial to the Congress of the United States.
