Relating to the payment of compensation to persons unlawfully imprisoned for crimes they did not commit; increasing and enlarging the measure of damages for compensation; creating a cause of action for the benefit of the heirs and estate of such persons; adding Section 8 to Chapter 507, Acts of the 59th Legislature, Regular Session, 1965; providing a severability clause.
