SB 709, 63rd R.S.
Relating to computation of amount of aid to dependent children by the State Department of Public Welfare; providing that the department may receive child support payments ordered by a court where the department is paying assistance or providing services on behalf of the dependent child; providing for cooperation with the courts and other public or private agencies in carrying out the provisions of this Act; authorizing the department to promulgate reasonable rules and regulations which will enable it to carry out the provisions of this Act and to take legal steps necessary to initiate or collect support payments from persons legally liable for such support.
