Relating to licensing and regulation of real estate brokers and real estate salesmen; defining the powers, duties, and responsibilities of the Texas Real Estate Commission in implementing the Act; providing for the establishment of a real estate recovery fund and for the handling and use of the fund within the limitations set out in the Act; defining certain offenses and providing civil and criminal penalties; providing enforcement procedures; making special provisions as to salesmen and brokers licensed on the effective date of this Act; revising the real Estate License Act.
