Relating to prevention of discrimination in employment, public accommodations, education, and real property transactions; creating a state Commission on Human Rights and authorizing creation of local commissions; providing for cooperation and their respective powers and duties; defining discriminatory practices and making certain exemptions and exceptions; providing for filing of complaints, procedures for handling complaints, hearings, and orders; providing for judicial review; providing enforcement procedures; providing for keeping of records; relating to certain plans to eliminate discrimination and filing of such plans with the commission.
