Accepting in the name of the poeple of Texas this gift of $50,000 from the Texas Association of Realtors to be used for the construction of a granite fountain and ponds on the Capitol grounds; providing for the Texas Board of Control to receive and administer the grant using any part remaining after construction costs to defray future maintenance expenses; providing for copies of this Resolution to be prepared for presentation to the Texas Association of Realtors as a token of gratitude from the Members of the Legislature and the people of Texas for the organization's magnanimous gesture of philanthropy and patriotism.
