SB 580, 67th R.S.
Amending Section 43.22, Penal Code, relating to obscene display or distribution, by adding a new subsection extending the section's coverage to knowing or intentional display in any business establishment frequented by minors of motion pictures, photographs, or publications that are harmful to minors, and classifying any offense under this Section as a Class "A" misdemeanor.
