Relating to definitions under the Texas Controlled Substances Act, the classification of certain substances into schedules and penalty groups, controls over persons authorized by the Act to deal commercially with controlled substances, records required to be kept under the Act, rules relating to telephonically and orally communicated prescriptions, offenses related to triplicate prescriptions, commercial offenses, offenses for repeat offenders and for possession of marihuana, sentencing alternatives for persons convicted under the Act, and forfeiture of property under the Act.
