Relating to the procedure for filing triplicate prescription forms for certain prescriptions, the information required on triplicate prescriptions for controlled substances, the circumstances under which unused prescription forms must be returned to the Department of Public Safety, the period for which patient information is retained, and the expiration date of the triplicate prescription provisions.
