Under current appropriations the Department of Human Resources will have staff reductions for fiscal year 1985 in income assistance staff. Since workload is expected to increase at least the current level of staffing is needed. Resolution allows TDHR to maintain staff levels for eligibility workers and protective services. Requiring that the Texas Department of Human Resources file a report describing the source of funds to be transferred, the program from which the transfer is made and the reason for the lapse.
