SCR 80, 64th R.S.
Directing the State Board of Control, with funds presently available, to construct ramp in accord with the provisions and requirements of Section 7, Chapter 324, Acts fo the 61st Legislature, Regular Session, 1969, as amended (Article 678g, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes), at the East entrance of the Capitol beginning at the concrete drive at the northeast corner of the Capitol, slope up parallel with the east exterior face of the Capitol with the ramp center line approximately six feet from the exterior and terminating at the most northern door of the east entrance at a level equal to the first floor of the Capitol; said ramp to be constructed of materials consistent with those used in the Capitol and not distracting from the aesthetics of the Capitol.
