Relating to the subject of water supply contracts; defining eligible districts; amending the power of eligible districts and persons to contract in respect to water supply; authorizing the acquisition and construction of facilities and the issuance of bonds to provide facilities in connection with such water supply contracts; providing for revision of rate of compensation for water sold under certain circumstances; containing restrictions on issuance of bonds payable from taxes; providing relationship of this Act to other laws; containing other provisions relating to the subject.
