Proposing an amendment so so to provide that the legislature shall have the power to release or extinguish or to authorize the releasing or extinguishing the indebtedness, liability or obligation of any corporation or individual to this state or any defined subdivision thereof.

Proposition For the amendment of the Constitution of the State of Texas, providing that the State, County or defined subdivision thereof, or any other municipal corporation, may be barred from the collection of delinquent taxes after they have been due for a period of a least ten years.
