Proposition The constitutional amendment to create a State Ethics Commission empowered to set rules of ethics for members of the Legislature, State officers and legislative officer, to investigate violations thereof, and to recommend compensation for members of the Legislature and the Lieutenant Governor and recommend improvements and economy in the legislative process.
