Relating to the buying or selling, offering for sale, offering to buy, possession for sale, and carrying, transporting, or shipping for the purpose of sale, barter, or exchange certain fish; providing a penalty; excepting certain fish reared in private waters or shipped into this state from application of this Act; increasing the penalty for violations.
