Providing for mandatory continuance in all suits, civil, criminal, or probate, and in all matters ancillary thereto, when any party or any attorney in such cause shall be a member of the Legislature, at any time during a session of the Legislature and for 30 days prior to the convening of such session and 30 days subsequent to the adjournment of such session; providing certain exceptions where such mandatory continuance in certain circumstances; repealing all laws and rules, or parts of laws or parts of rules in conflict herewith.
