Relating to authorizing the Attorney General, with the prior consent and approval of the Governor, to settle, compromise or dismiss any suit or legal proceeding brought under the provisions of the Business and Commerce code, whereunder the Attorney General is authorized to bring an action on behalf of the State, or any of its political subdivisions or tax supported institutions to recover damage provided for by the Federal antitrust laws, Title 15, United States Code.
