SB 900, 62nd R.S.

Relating to authorizing the Commissioners Court of Jefferson County to fix compensation for commissioners of the Jefferson County Drainage District No. 3 and to levy for the Jefferson County Drainage No. 3 a maintenance tax not exceeding 80 cents on each $100 of the total assessed valuation of such district after approval of such tax in an election.
