Relating to amending the Texas Election Code; providing for the time, or times, that certain candidates of political parties shall be certified to the Secretary of State by the political party or parties; providing for the time that the Secretary of State shall prescribe and furnish forms necessary under this code to each county clerk; providing for the time, or times, the Secretary of State shall certify to each county clerk the names of the candidates to appear on the General Election Ballot.
