Relating to transferring the sum of Five Thousand Dollars from Item Five set out in the appropriation to the Texas Liquor Control Board for the year ending in August 31, 1963, to Item Nine set out in said appropriation to the Texas Liquor Control Board for the year ending August 31, 1963, to be used for the purchase of licenses, permits and tax stamps during the year 1963.
