HB 420, 57th R.S.
Relating to amending Article 2168a, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes, so as to confer discretion uppon the presiding judge of litigation pending, to which a member of he Legislature is counsel thereto, to grant a continuance preceeding or during sessions of the Legislature; providing a litigant who is a member shall have mandatory continuance.
