Relating to amending a certain Act relating to Water Supply or Sewer Service Corporations; to provide for increasing the number of directors by amendment to the by-laws; for making the requirement of a bond of the officers discretionary with the board of directors; for making the handling of the business by a manager discretionary with the board of directors; providing for selecting as a depository a bank which is insured with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; exempting the corporation from the Texas Securities Act.
