HB 147, 57th 1st C.S.
Relating to abolishing the office of county superintendent in all counties in this State having a population of more than six hundred fifty thousand (650,000) and having four (4) or more common school districts; providing that the duties of county superintendents on the effective date of this Act shall be performed by the county judges of such counties.
