Relating to amending a certain Act to provide for a salary increase for the Criminal District Attorney for Galveston County; authorizing appointment of one (1) first assistant, four (4) additional assistants to the Criminal District Attorney of Galveston County; to authorize employment of three (3) secretaries to the Criminal District Attorney of Galveston County.
