Relating to amending a certain Statute to increase the salary of district attorneys in all judicial districts to Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000) per year; to increase the salary of the State's attorneys assigned to and practicing before the Court of Criminal Appeals to Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000) per year; providing compensation for county attorneys performing duties of district attorneys.
