Relating to providing that the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and other like patriotic organizations may make public display of fireworks on all patriotic days, such as the 4th of July, without having to comply with certain provisions relative to carrying compensation insurance, the filing of a bond or a certificate evidencing the carrying of public liability insurance.
