Relating to providing that the District Attorney of the 53rd Judicial District shall represent the State in the Criminal District Court and all other district courts of Travis County, providing for the appointment of a First Assistant District Attorney and other Assistant District Attorneys and secretaries with the consent and approval of the Commissioners Court.
