HB 757, 58th R.S.
Relating to providing that any county not presently required to use the jury wheel system and having a population of twenty-nine thousand (29,000) or more, according to the last preceding Federal Census, may upon a proper determination by the Commissioner Court adopt the use of the jury wheel for the selection of jurors.
