Relating to regulating the sale of shellfish; authorizing the State Commissioner of Health to declare polluted areas from which shellfish may not be taken for the purpose of sale and to establish rules and regulations fixing standards of sanitation in the handling of shellfish; establishing an effective date; fixing penalties for violation.
