HB 185, 55th R.S.
Relating to providing that any duly elected member of either branch of the legislature of Texas who was employed as counsel, as much as thirty days prior to the convening of any regular or special session of the legislature, in any civil suit, criminal action or contested probate proceeding, may file in any such suit, action or proceeding, his affidavit stating that he was employed in such suit, action or proceeding as much as thirty days prior to the convening of any such regular or special session of the legislature and that his employment obligates him to be active in the trial of such suit, action or proceeding.
