HB 352, 55th R.S.
Relating to requiring every manufacturer, distributor, wholesale dealer or retail dealer authorized to do business in the State of Texas who sells or offers to sell household appliances or any machinery powered by any petroleum product or electricity and every manufacturer, distributor, wholesale dealer or retail dealer selling or offering to sell in the State of Texas any part of said devices to guarantee against defective material or workmanship for a period of a least one year from the date of sale; providing penalties.
