HB 820, 56th R.S.
Relating to providing that no person against his or her will or consent, or that of guardian, next friend or parent, in an action involving personal injuries or mental condition, shall ever by any rule of procedure, be required to furnish a medical or mental report or submit to a physical or mental examination by any person or in any manner, at the instance or request of any part to such litigation, or by the trial court.
