SB 22, 55th R.S.
Relating to making it a misdemeanor, punishable by fine, for any person under the age of eighteen years to drive or operate a motor vehicle upon any public road or highway, or upon any street or alley within the incorporated limits of any city or town, or across any place open to the public generally while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, or without a valid driver's license issued under the laws of the State of Texas.
