Relating to transferring certain funds heretofore appropriated to the Governor's Office to the Judiciary Section, Comptrollers Department, to pay the salary of the District Attorney of the 154th Judicial District for the biennium ending August 31, 1959, and to cover necessary state matching contributions for Federal Social Security.
