Relating to making an emergency appropriation out of the General Revenue of the State of Texas to be used by the Live Stock Sanitary Commission of Texas for the payment of salaries of inspectors in the eradication and control of fever tick (Margaropus Annulatus) and other agencies of transmission of infections, contagious and communicable diseases of live stock.
